PillCounter is a mobile application that uses machine learning technology to count pills through camera functionality or photo analysis. The App is designed for informational and convenience purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PillCounter is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional pharmaceutical purposes. The pill counting results are estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Always verify pill counts manually for medical purposes and consult healthcare professionals for medical advice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not rely solely on the App for critical medical decisions
• Verify pill counts manually when accuracy is essential
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PillCounter and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, the machine learning algorithms may produce counting errors. Factors such as lighting, image quality, pill size, shape, and color can affect accuracy. Users should always verify counts manually for important applications.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

The PillCounter app and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Appstika and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

If you access our app through Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Appstika only, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them
